I have found the staff at Vida to be exceptionally helpful. I have used other agencies to find carers for my mum in the past, but Vida is a much more personal and helpful service. The carers have all been great - friendly and engaged, and understanding towards my mum's particular needs.

The carer was a very pleasant person and had experience. My husband has vascular dementia and needs a lot of help. The agency is very helpful in finding a suitable carer. The carers are well trained and efficient. Mum has had kind and delightful carers. She was offered a choice of carers. When a carer was absent she was introduced to the replacement person beforehand and that person shadowed her usual carers. The carers are lovely, dedicated and interesting people, keen to have a relationship with mum and never seem to feel it's "just a job".

They are consistent and reliable. The agency is very helpful and easy to talk to and obviously good at finding nice people. The carers are also energetic and adaptable. This is not a formal complaint procedure or to be used for allegations of negligence, abuse or criminal activity.
